Little Giraffes are dedicated to providing high-quality childcare with clear and straightforward fee structures.

Below, you will find key information about our regular fees and available government-funded places.  

 

Pre School Fees 

For families who need more hours than the government funding covers or who are not eligible for funding, the regular rates are as follows. Please note, the rates do not include meals. 

 

Full Core Day (9:00am to 3:00pm) 

• 2-year-old: £51 

• 3-year-old and above: £36

Morning Wraparound Care (8:00am to 9:00am) 

• 2-year-old: £8.50 

• 3-year-old and above: £6

Afternoon Wraparound Care (3:00pm to 4:00pm) 

• 2-year-old: £8.50 

• 3-year-old and above: £6 

 

30 Hours Free Childcare – Term Time Only 

Little Giraffes offers the 30 hours of Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE), the government-funded childcare (term-time only), during the 2025 to 2026 academic year.

 

Please note that the funded hours cover the core part of the day but don’t include: 

• Nutritious meals (not just lunch but snacks!): £2.50 a day 

 

Additional Costs:

• While meals and snacks are extra, you’re welcome to provide your child’s packed lunch. 

• Clear invoices are provided that show any additional costs alongside the funded entitlement, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. 

 

Wraparound Holiday Club Fees 

For childcare during school holidays, Little Giraffes offers: 

• Full day (8:00am to 4:00pm): £48 (children will bring their own packed lunch) 

 

INSET Day Childcare Fees 

For care during teacher training days: 

• Full day (9:00am to 3:00pm): £36 (meals not included) 

• With wraparound morning and afternoon care: (8:00am to 4:00pm): £48 (meals not included. 

• Nutritious meals (not just lunch but snacks!): £2.50 

 

Payment Methods 

 

• Childcare vouchers are accepted as a payment option. 

• Tax free childcare is accepted as a payment option.

• Payment can also be made by any debit or credit card. 

• Fees must be paid a month in advance. 

• A £30.00 administration fee will be charged for any missed, declined, or late payments.
